Mission
The Placement and Training Cell of Nandha Polytechnic College is committed to providing quality training and career guidance to students so that they become industry-ready professionals. The primary mission of the placement cell is to prepare students with the technical knowledge, practical skills, and confidence required to succeed in the competitive job market. Through continuous training programs and industry interaction, the institution ensures that students are well prepared to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals.
The Nandha Polytechnic College Placement Cell functions under the supervision of a dedicated placement officer who coordinates various activities throughout the academic year. The cell organises campus recruitment drives, training programs, and career counselling sessions to help students secure employment opportunities in reputed companies.
Apart from the regular academic curriculum, the placement cell conducts various value-added programs to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. These programs include placement workshops, soft skills training, communication skill development, personality development sessions, and aptitude training. These initiatives help students improve their confidence and professional abilities.
The institution also focuses on maintaining strong relationships with industries and organisations. Through industry–institute partnerships, the placement cell identifies the needs and expectations of employers and trains students accordingly. Nandha Polytechnic College has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with leading companies such as Infosys and Red Hat to provide specialized training and industry exposure for students.
The placement cell also offers one-to-one career guidance and counselling to help students explore different career opportunities and develop their professional goals. By providing continuous guidance and support, the cell helps students enhance their employability and achieve successful careers.
Many reputed companies regularly visit Nandha Polytechnic College for campus recruitment, offering excellent job opportunities to students. The institution welcomes collaborations with organisations that are interested in recruiting skilled and talented young professionals. • The first year focuses on identifying the strengths of students and helping them develop confidence in communication and basic professional skills. At this stage, students are encouraged to participate in activities that improve their presentation and interpersonal abilities.
